K&N Introduces New Black Air Filter Oil

If you’re interested in a blacked-out engine bay aesthetic, and love K&N’s famous oiled cotton filter technology, check out the new black filter oil from K&N®—a new Recharger® Kit option to help restore the performance of your K&N oiled air filter.

K&N air filter cleaning supplies are available for both cotton and synthetic filters, and are designed to remove filter-clogging build-up and help restore your filter to exceptional performance. High-Flow Air Filters™ are composed of oiled cotton media, and should be cleaned with K&N® POWER KLEEN® industrial strength degreaser before the re-application of filter oil. You can now select a kit including POWER KLEEN® and either the traditional red filter oil [part numbers 99-5000 (aerosol) or 99-5050 (squeeze)], or the new black filter oil [part number 99-5050BK (squeeze)].

K&N’s four-step air filter maintenance system is designed to clean any K&N oiled cotton air filter. POWER KLEEN® industrial strength degreaser helps dissolve dirt, old filter oil, and other filter-clogging particulates, allowing them to be rinsed away easily with water.
