Three K&N Intake Options for the 2020 Jeep Gladiator 3.6L

Designed to be compatible with 2020 Jeep Gladiator 3.6L V6 models, the K&N® 63-1576, 71-1576, and 77-1576KP cold air intake systems offer a guaranteed increase in horsepower and torque for Gladiators.

Each K&N intake system is designed to provide outstanding engine protection paired with a guaranteed increase in power. With three options to choose from, you can select the system that fits your performance and appearance preferences.

The 63-1576 K&N® cold air intake system offers a guaranteed increase in horsepower and torque for Jeep Gladiators—and features a washable, reusable High-Flow Air Filter™ to help protect against damaging engine contaminants. In addition, a high-density rotationally-molded polyethylene air box helps protect the air filter and intake air from high engine temperatures and directs airflow into the throttle body. The enclosed air box design helps create a barrier against dust, dirt, and moisture—all of which can be present in rigorous off-road environments—and is designed to provide additional filter protection during water crossings.

The included intake tube is engineered to flow a high volume of air, and an oiled High-Flow Air Filter™ (also included in the kit) helps provide exceptional protection from contaminants. The oversized filter shape allows for up to 100,000 miles between cleanings (under normal highway driving conditions). When it does need to be cleaned, you can use the K&N Recharger® Kit (99-5000 or 99-5050) to quickly and easily restore your filter’s performance. Each intake and filter is designed to last for the life of your vehicle.

The K&N® 77-1576KP air intake system features a free-flowing, mandrel-bent polished aluminum tube designed to replace the factory air filter and air intake components. 

The 71-1576 intake system (part of the Blackhawk Induction™ series) includes a non-oiled synthetic DRYFLOW® filter, a black powder-coated aluminum intake tube, and steel heat shield, and offers a guaranteed increase in horsepower and exceptional engine protection from contaminants.

The DRYFLOW® filter media never requires oiling, and is composed of lofted synthetic material, which—much like High-Flow Air Filter™ media—provides depth loading properties. Each filter is designed to strike a desirable balance between airflow and efficiency, provide a high level of contaminant capture, and increased airflow. Because they do not have to be re-oiled, servicing DRYFLOW® air filters is typically a quick and easy process. You will also get a blacked-out, stylish appearance in your engine bay.

Since engine combustion is most efficient in an oxygen-rich environment, keeping engine air cooler often significantly increases engine combustion efficiency. The 63-1576 system features a roto-molded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) intake tube, the 71-1576 intake system features a mandrel-bent powder-coated aluminum intake tube, and the 77-1576KP features a mandrel-bent polished aluminum intake tube. Each system also incorporates a steel heat shield or enclosed air box, which helps protect the air filter and intake air from high temperatures within the engine bay.

Factory intake systems often feature intake tubing with tight bends, baffles, and other obstacles that can slow airflow and muffle engine noise—unlike K&N® intake systems, which are designed to give your engine a more satisfying growl on acceleration, but return to quiet once at speed.

The K&N® 63-1576, 71-1576, and 77-1576KP intake systems are each engineered to incorporate factory mounting points and the factory mass air sensor. Installation can typically be completed in 90 minutes or less, and requires only simple hand tools. Each intake system comes with a 10-Year/Million Mile Limited Warranty. Furthermore, using a K&N replacement air intake system will not void your factory warranty; in the U.S., manufacturers must provide evidence that an aftermarket part is the cause of a necessary repair in order to void or deny warranty coverage. During dynamometer testing, the 63-1576 provided an estimated power increase of 12.5-horsepower and 12.2 lb./ft. of torque*, the 71-1576 provided an estimated power increase of 9.1-horsepower and 10.4 lb./ft. of torque*, and the 77-1576KP provided an estimated power increase of 8.8-horsepower and 7.7 lb./ft. of torque*.
